IMA SAY ITS CRAP, IF ITS ONLY JOB IS TO BLOW SNOW, ALL IT HAS TO DO IS LIFT UP, NOT UP AND RETRACT. I WILL BE HAPPY TO REVISE MY COMMENT WHEN WE SEE IT “BLOW SNOW”

  6. Eirik280TE says:

Cool thing, but it must be cheaper to actually rebuild a normal snowblower to RC, than to build the whole thing..
Also sounds like the engine is to weak to actually blow the snow away.. At least wet snow..

  7. unimog875 says:

So this is for just in case there is a bomb threat in your driveway and you really need to clear the snow? ok got it.

  22. SmallEngineMechanic says:

What size battery are you using to supply the electrical aspect of the machine? Do you have an alternator on the engine to help maintain the battery, or will you rely on recharging with an outside supply.

  23. beserk23456 says:

Ah I see. Great job. I can’t quite see…is it a single or dual stage model?

  24. Mark62886 says:

    Years. Thousands.

Haha well the platform was developed slowly in my free time over a couple years. The snowblower attachment and anything to go with it had to be created in about 6 months. There is about $3000 in parts in it if you would just buy everything and build it, but there is about $2k-3k more that was spent from trying out different parts and re-designing stuff that did not work as planned.

  25. Mark62886 says:

The blower assembly is simply a snowblower with everything unnecessary stripped off including the wheels, handle, and all manual controls.
